Born in Saginaw, Pat grew up on a farm in Birch Run with her six brothers and sisters. She is survived by her three children, Elaine, Cindy, and Bill. She worked as an LPN and later a registered nurse before earning her master's degree at Wayne State University. Patricia loved nature, whether it was visiting Tahquamenon Falls and Hartwick Pines, camping at Myrtle Beach, or feeding the birds and enjoying the flowers and trees in her own yard. She adored animals, her family, and friends–especially the wonderful friends she made at her beloved Landmark Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a generous, determined mother and friend who was always up for a game of cards or Scrabble.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 23, at Landmark Baptist Church, 701 Field Road, Clio, MI 48420. Viewing begins at 10:00 am followed by an 11:00 am service and a dinner.
Guests are welcome to wear floral prints or colors of nature like her favorite color yellow instead of black.
