She is survived by her two children, John (Tina) Barney of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Deb (Jim) Tremper of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and her brother, Craig (Gloria) Harder of Beaumont, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Josie Barney, Jarred Martinez, and Chris (Amanda) Tremper; two great-grandchildren, Talon Blough and Hailee Tremper; her nieces, nephews, numerous lifelong friends, and the many children (now adults) she babysat.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Sabins, and her brothers David and Robert Harder.
A gathering of Mrs. Barney's family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 21, 2025, at Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Broussard's, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
