WAUNAKEE - Patricia "Pat" Breene, 97, of Waunakee, died on Monday, February 12, 2024, at a Madison Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church, 209 South St., Waunakee. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place in the Gockel Cemetery in Glen Haven, WI, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024.

Pat, I will always have wonderful memories of you. Your faith inspired me to a deeper love of God. You walked to church even when you didn't have very good balance any more. Praising God was more important to you than your possibility of falling and injuring your self. You were definitely a warrior for Jesus. May He reward you in His heavenly kingdom as I am sure He Will.
