Patricia "Pat" (Wieczorek) Cada, age 91, formerly of Winona and St. Charles passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Pine Haven Care Center in Pine Island, MN.
Pat was born October 16, 1933, in Winona, MN to Joseph and Martha (Feltz) Wieczorek. Pat married John "Jack" Cada February 20, 1960, in Winona. In her younger years, Pat worked at Gate City Agency and at JC Penney Co. after the time spent raising her four children. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles. Pat attended mass daily and often donated her time helping at the church. Pat enjoyed spending quality time with her family, friends and neighbors.
She also enjoyed walking, camping and family boating trips on the Mississippi River. After retiring she loved golfing with Jack and spending time sharing experiences with her girlfriends in St. Charles.
Survivors include three sons, David of Tucson, AZ, Brian (Kim) Cada and Michael (Colleen Lamon) Cada, both of Rochester, MN; daughter, Karen (Dave) Kulas of Minnesota City, MN; grandchildren, Joshua and Carsen Cada, Kyle and Zachary Cada, Shawna and Mitchell Cada and Whitney Johnson; great grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Ava, Aric, Alice, April, Leroy, Willow, Mabel, Millee, Annabelle and Ryan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack; parents; brothers Stanley, Ralph "Butch", Chester; sisters Rose, Marcy, Mona and Marie.
A Memorial Mass will be offered on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 10:30 am. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles with the Rev. John Evans officiating. A private family internment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Winona, MN.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the church on Friday, August 29, 2025. The family suggests memorials be directed to the Dementia Society of America.
