Patricia Ann Carr (nee Wilson), longtime resident of Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the age of 62.
Born in Philadelphia to the late Patricia Ann (nee O'Connor) and Robert J. Wilson, Pat was raised in Glendora, NJ, and graduated from Triton High School, Class of '81. Shortly after graduating from high school, Pat met the love of her life, John Carr, and decided to move to Philadelphia to begin a family together.
Pat greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially being outdoors and boating. She was known for making the best hot wings and they were always a hit at barbeques and parties. Most of all, Pat loved being a mother.
Beloved wife of John M. "Jack" Carr Jr.; loving mother of John M.III. "Jack" (Kate) and Maureen Carr; and doting Mom Mom of Ryan, Abby and Kayla. Pat is the dear sister of Joseph (Lauren) Wilson, Theresa (David) Immesote and Robert (Susan) Wilson; daughter-in-law of Patricia Carr; Sister-in-law of Patricia Carr and Joseph (Deanna) Carr; and aunt of Joe Jr. and Katie.
Pat was predeceased by her sister, Jacqueline Valentino.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the T.J. Fluehr Funeral Home, 11010 Knights Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.
