Patricia Wingert Day passed away on August 16, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Chicago, Il to Arthur and Marie Wingert on January 18, 1941. She lived most of her life in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and was devoted to her family and friends. She co-owned and operated the Bubble Bath Boutique in Carter's Court in Franklin, TN. Then she had an interior design business and, in later years, she ran a small jewelry business. She loved life, friends and family get-togethers, and Christmas.
She had a beautiful singing voice and was a long-time member of the choir at Holy Family Catholic Church.
Patricia is pre-deceased by her husband, Edwin. She is survived by children, Edward (Grace) Day, Paula (Timothy) Pratt, Patrick (Melanie Starks) Day; grandchildren, Meghan English, Patrick English, Will Day, Lauren Day, Lotus Day; great grandchildren, Eli English, Hudson English, Evalin English, Isabel English, Oliver English, Mateo English, Juniper English and Adeline English. Additionally, she is survived by a brother, Dr. Timothy (Terri) Wingert and a very special niece and nephew: Molly (Greg) Schuman and John Wingert.
Visitation with the family will be from 10 to 11am on Monday, September 8 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9100 Crockett Road, Brentwood, TN. A funeral mass will follow at 11am with inurnment in the columbarium immediately afterward.
