Patricia Anne Denzler

Patricia Anne Denzler, 75, passed away peacefully at her home early Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Pat was born November 30, 1948, and raised in Drexel Hill, PA. She graduated from Cardinal O'Hara High School in Springfield, PA, and received her bachelor's degree from Immaculata University. For 36 years she taught art to thousands of children, from high school to elementary, in the Willingboro, NJ public school district. Once retired, she continued to teach for another 14 years through the Abrakadoodle art program for children at after school programs, camps, parties, and more.
She married her husband of 42 years, Matthew Monaco, in 1982 in Mount Holly, NJ. They had one daughter, Katie, and a very good dog, Shelby. She spent many summers with Matt and Katie on Loud's Island, Maine, and once retired she delighted in traveling with her cousin Joanne to new destinations across the US and abroad. In addition to her boundless creativity and passion for art, she found joy in caring for her plants. Pat will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Pat was preceded in death by her parents Catherine (nee Hallman) and Leo Denzler, her brother Lee, sister Suzanne, and sister MaryAnne Conaway.
She is survived by her husband Matthew (Matt), daughter Kathryn (Katie), and five sisters - Catherine Canzanella of Chapel Hill, NC, Diane Richmond of Brunswick, ME, Nancy Nottage of Oakland, CA, Joyce Shay of Media, PA and Janice Morris of Morton, PA.
Friends and relatives are welcome to attend her visitation on October 26, 2024 from 12p-2pm at Mount Laurel Home For Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Memorial service to follow at 2pm.
