Patricia Ann Dunn, 71, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025.
She was born on January 4, 1954, in Seattle,WA, to Alice and Robert Kirchner. She graduated from West Seattle High School. She continued her education and received her Bachelors Degree from Central Washington University and her Masters Degree from Seattle Pacific University. Patti went to dedicate over 30 years of her life to education, serving many roles within her career, starting as a classroom teacher and retiring as a principal. Her commitment to shaping young minds left a lasting impact on countless students and colleagues.
Beyond her career, she found her greatest joy in being a grandmother to her two beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She also had a special love for her schnauzers, who were always by her side and brought her endless comfort and companionship.
She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her Sister, Barabra Mclean and Brother, Robert Kirchner (Seattle, Wa), her son, James Dunn and daughter Beret Watters (Ponca city, Ok), and her grandchildren Colton and Kylee Watters (Ponca City, Ok). She was preceded in death by her parents, Alice and Robert Kirchner.
A celebration of life will be held in Seattle, Wa during the Summer of 2026.
