Patricia A. Fairchild 95 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the Pickering House. She was born on July 13, 1930 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Donald and Irene Fairchild.
She was retired from Diamond Power and Specialty Co. in the humane resources and benefits department with 40 years of service.
Patricia was a member of AARP and Olivedale Senior Citizens Center. She enjoyed bowling and traveling the continental USA when she was able.
She is survived by her brother, David (Becky) Fairchild and several nieces and nephews, Jackie Brewer, Judy Kness, Jody McConnaughay, Stephanie Kelly, William Fairchiuld, Jr. and Chris (Beth Sorg) Fairchild and great nieces and nephews.
Patricia was pre ceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack D. (Ermal) and William C. (Mindora) Fairchild, Sr. and niece, Stacy Fairchild.
A special thanks to the staff of the 5th Floor of FMC, Reflections and the Pickering House.
Funeral service will be held Friday, January 30, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, LANCASTER, OHIO with Rev. Kevin Chambers officiating. Burial will be held later at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
