Patricia Rose Garrison
86, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 12, 2025 at Meadow Lakes in Mooresville. Patricia was born on August 29, 1939 in Greenville, South Carolina to the late Fred and Nora (Green) Garrison.
A natural caregiver, Patricia loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also known to be the "Neighborhood Mom" to her children's friends. She enjoyed working in the yard, taking care of her flowers. She was also very handy, making her own curtains for her home as well as reupholstering her furniture. An avid sports fan, she loved cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers, Pacers and Colts, as well as following F1, Indy Car and NASCAR racing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Paul Garrison, Jr; sister Jeanette Lee; a brother James Garrison; granddaughter Tonya Garrison and a son in law, Paul Tuhy.
She is survived by daughter; Terri Garrison, son; Jeff (Donna) Garrison, 4 grandchildren; Josh Garrison, Amanda (Kyle) Poole, Adam (Andrea) Tuhy, Alex (Megan)Tuhy; Kevin Tuhy, Ryan (Justine) Tuhy, Kelly Cahill, Richard Taylor, Steven Taylor, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 17th at 2:00pm at Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with visitation from 1:00pm until the services at 2pm Friday in the funeral home. Burial will follow the services in West Newton Cemetery.
