James Garrison Obituary

Born May 7, 1936, in Hummelstown, PA, he was the son of the late Russell and Sarah Garrison.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Jean Garrison, and a daughter, Therese Garrison.
Mr. Garrison was retired from Bethlehem Steel, having been a welder.
He was a social member of James A. Danner Post 537, VFW.
In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include his daughters, Frances Dermound, Mary Bell (Louis), Laura Beem (Pat); stepdaughters, Debra Trutt (Daniel), and Barbara Seeger (Jason); seven grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and nine step great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cresaptown Eagles Club on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12 PM – 4 PM.
The Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, is handling arrangements.
