He was born on April 16, 1963, in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Junior Earl Garrison Sr. and Ruth Virginia Taylor Garrison.
Thomas was a U.S. Navy Veteran, electronics technician, and a Christian by faith. He was a very caring man who had a great sense of humor, wisdom beyond measure, and was always ready to give good advice. He loved God, his family, his Country, and his beloved cat Tigger.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Minnie Ann McFadden Garrison; five children, Thomas L. (Tara) Garrison Jr., Misty D. Garrison, Amanda J. (Jeremy) Stewart, Timothy L. Garrison, and Michelle L. (Ron) Opic; fifteen grandchildren; and two bonus grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) with Pastor James Stoneking officiating. Entombment will follow in Park View Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Wheeling, WV.
