Patricia Ann (Janke) Henry passed away on February 5, 2024, in
Houston, Texas after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Her devoted and loving husband, Bill Henry, was ever present at her bedside, along with her daughters, Alicia and Gina, and many family members and friends. Tricia was born on December 5, 1951, in Taylor, Texas to the late Walter Martin Janke and Ira Mae (Kelm) Janke. Tricia attended grade school in Sharp, Texas and
Holland, Texas and graduated from Jesse Jones High School in 1970. Tricia went on to meet and marry Bill Henry on October 23, 1976, after meeting on the phone while both working for Sterling Electronics, Tricia in
Houston, Texas and Bill in
Waltham, Mass. Tricia had a long and wonderful career with Quintana Petroleum starting in 1975 until they sold in 1998 where she joined Legacy Trust Company, fully retiring in 2022. Tricia loved spending her time with family on Lake Buchanan and Matagorda Bay. After retiring she spent time traveling the world, a European Excursion with family and her first ever Oktoberfest in Germany, touring never visited states in the US, California wine country, The Dakota's, Wyoming, Oklahoma and her greatest adventure, a Mediterranean Cruise with her family, cruising around Italy. She was the happiest ever with her family. Tricia is survived by her husband Bill; daughters: Alicia Menchaca (Marc) of
Anderson, TX, Gina Cox (Andrew Hartney) of
League City, TX; grandchildren: Oliver, Harvey and Wyatt Menchaca, Rylie and Raymond Cox; her sisters: Janet Janke Jones (Bob) of
Montgomery, TX, Anita Howell of
Burnet, TX and Sandra Garrett of
Georgetown, TX; brother: Donald Janke (Ann) of
Taylor, TX; along with numerous and loving cousins, nieces and nephews. Tricia is preceded in death by her parents; Walter Martin Janke, Sr. and Ira Mae (Kelm) Janke and brothers: Larry, James, Charles (Pete), Curtis, Walter, Jr. and Carroll Janke.

A visitation will be held from 5 pm – 7 pm Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Ramsey Funeral Home & Crematorium in
Georgetown, Texas. Funerals Services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, February 9, 2024 at St. John's Lutheran Church in
Bartlett, Texas with a burial immediately following the service at the St. John's Cemetery.
