Patricia Ann (Confer) Jane of Essexville Michigan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 5, 2025 at her home with family by her side. She was born in Bay City, Michigan on February 23, 1944 to the late Kenneth Confer Sr. and the late Dorothy (Norbert) Jacobs.
Patricia married Isaac Jane in Bay City on September 14, 1979. She loved dancing, family camping trips to Sunshine Valley campground, traveling to Florida, going to the races, playing games, bingo, going to the casino, and hanging out at the American Legion where Ike served as Commander. After retirement, her and Ike enjoyed working with Key Security for local venues and events. Pat only stood 4’11” but was a little stick of dynamite; feisty and full of life. She was known for her fashion flair and sense of style, and loved any chance she got to get “dressed up”. She loved her family dearly and treasured the moments making memories with her grandchildren (she had the best snack drawer ever). Patricia is now reunited with her loved ones in heaven, especially her daughter Darla whom she missed every day. When Darla left us, part of Patricia’s heart left as well.
Surviving to carry on her legacy are her children Cynthia (Craig) Ayers, Marchella (Robert) Odell, Donald Pierson, Beverly Archambeau, brother Norbert Jacobs Jr., 18 grandchildren, Matthew Angers, Tricia Caffrey, Jenna Bustamante, Ashley Maness, Chelsea LaForge, Briana Dery, Brandy Ayers, Sommer Ayers, Paige Ayers, Robert Odell Jr., Kevin Odell, Timothy Odell, Scott Odell, Ryan Pierson, Adam Pierson, Joshua Pierson, Shelby Archambeau and Autumn Archambeau, 54 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many others that called her grandma.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband Isaac, first husband Leonard J. Marth, daughter Darla Pierson, son-in-law Brian Archambeau, great grandsons Dominik Tippett and Jaxson Bustamante, great granddaughter Arianna Preston, brother Kenneth Confer Jr., sister Margaret Kerr, and nephew William Clingaman Jr.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Neema, Lisa, and Kayla of Covenant Visiting Nurses. The care and compassion shown to our mom and family was beyond reproach.
