Patricia Anne Lott Kendziora, known to many as a kindhearted and selfless soul, passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 75.
Patricia was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 24, 1949. As the daughter of Edwin James Lott and Virginia Patricia Lindstrom-Lott, she grew up traveling across the country with her family while her father served in the military. Those early years of moving from place to place helped shape Patricia into a strong, adaptable, and resilient woman.
She spent much of her youth in Florida and Maryland, attending Atlantic Beach Elementary in Atlantic Beach, FL, and later graduating from Glen Burnie High School. After high school, Patricia began her career at Floors Incorporated, where she worked for many years before starting her greatest role — building a family and a home filled with love.
Patricia married her beloved husband, Bob Kendziora, and together they shared 39 years of marriage in Jacksonville, Florida. Their love and partnership were the foundation of a family that grew to include children, grandchildren, and eventually great-grandchildren.
Family was everything to Patricia. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, always putting the needs of her loved ones before her own. She is survived by her daughter, Judith Patricia Kendziora-Price; her grandson, Nicholas James Price (Angela); her granddaughter, Ashley Price; her great-granddaughter, Abigail Price; and her great-grandson, Theodore R. Price. She was also a proud and loving dog mom to Misty and Zoe. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, parents and her brother, James Edwin Lott.
Beyond her family, Patricia had a heart for service. She volunteered faithfully at Sacred Heart School, and she was always a caretaker to those around her. She lovingly cared for her dear friend, Rita Smallwood, and her greatest joy came from helping others in both big and small ways. Patricia’s mission in life was simple yet profound: to take care of those around her with love and compassion.
Neighbors often saw Patricia outside, happily riding her John Deere lawnmower or tending to her yard for hours on end. Her hardworking spirit, warm smile, and giving nature left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Patricia will be remembered most for her generosity, her devotion to her family, and her unwavering selflessness. Her life was a beautiful example of love in action, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Jacksonville Humane Society (jaxhumane.org) in memory of Patricia Kendziora.
“She lived for those she loved, and those she loved remember.”
