Patricia Ann Kiewert

Patricia Ann Harris Kiewert, age 85, died at UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro, NC, on Monday, July 21, 2025. Born in Elizabeth City, NC, on July 17, 1940, to the late Rufus Harris and Hazel Laurenda Cartwright Harris, she was the widow of Donald Lee Kiewert. She was the owner of a floral design business. She was a loving, generous, and fun-loving person who cared about so many others. She loved the water, playing cards, traveling, and family time.

Patricia is survived by her two daughters, Robin Roberts (Steve) of Goldsboro, NC, and Kimberly Fenton (Tim) of Hertford, NC; a brother, Bobby Harris (Sharon) of Weeksville, NC; and two great-grandchildren, Dixon Roberts and Cale Roberts. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, and her siblings, Preston Harris, Louise Felton, Doris Leedom, Garland Ray Harris, Raymond Harris, Jean H. Wilson, and Donnie Paul Harris.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Twiford Memorial Chapel, with Chaplain Kevin Reiver officiating. A visitation will take place from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at West Lawn Cemetery.
