Patricia LADISH Obituary
Pat was born May 17, 1930, to Amy and Francis Alabone, the youngest of their five children. She graduated from North Central High School in 1948 and went to work at the Spokesman-Review on the Farm Quad page. She loved that job! She and her friends attended the Saturday night dances at the YMCA, where she met her future husband, Mike Ladish, who was stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base. In 1951, she and Mike were married. They eventually moved to Colbert, Washington, to raise their growing family.
Her faith and family were the most important parts of her life. She was a devoted wife, wonderful mother and grandmother, always loving, kind, gentle, caring and calm amidst the ups and downs of life. She made the best apple pies! She loved a proper cup of English tea, family gatherings, nature, gardening, animals and, of course, Gonzaga Basketball! Her love, grace and wisdom will always be with us as we continue the journey of our lives.
She spent the last nine years of her life at the Riverview Terrace. In the last days of her life, she was surrounded by the love and caring of the Riverview staff and her family. We are forever grateful for the compassionate care they gave to her and us.
A memorial service will be held on September 20, 2025, at 1:00 pm, at the Riverview Terrace Chapel. A reception will follow.
Donations can be made in her name to the Riverview Assistance Foundation and Scraps Animal Shelter.

Dear Cristine, Colleen, Nancy, Patty, and Familes.
I have fond memories of the entire Ladish family at St. Joseph's and in Mead. Your mother was a lovely and kind woman.
You are on my mind and in my heart as you grieve her loss. My hope is that precious memories will sustain you as you adjust to life without her.
