Patricia (Pat) Lincoln LaForce, age 88, of Bainbridge twp., passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, June 5th 2025 surrounded by family. Pat was born September 28, 1936 in Natick, Massachusetts to William and Frances (Allen) Lincoln. Pat worked as a human resource associate at Stock Equipment until her retirement in 1998. In retirement, Pat got to spend much of her time with her family, who she cherished above all. She especially loved being involved with her grandchildren as they grew up. Pat was known as "Nana," by many, including her grandchildren, neighbors and friends due to her warm and caring personality. She made everyone feel like part of the family. Nana liked to spend days in the sunshine, working in her garden, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her animals.

Pat is survived by her sister, Mary Ann Palumbo, daughters Pamela Laforce, Paula Pemberton (Jim), and Marsha LaForce (Todd), grandchildren Alex Petsche (Jason), Samantha Pemberton, Isabelle Ebie (Michael), Johnston Puckett, and A.J. Pemberton, as well as her great grandchildren Scarlett Pemberton, Charlotte Petsche, and Audrey Petsche, nieces and nephews, and the many others who would call Pat family.

We warmly invite you to celebrate the lifeand honor the memory of Patricia on Sunday August 17, 2025 from 1pm to 4 pmat Centerville Millslocated at 8558 Crackle Rd., Chagrin Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the American Lung Association, Breakthrough T1D (Type 1/Juvenile Diabetes) - Cleveland Chapter, or Geauga momma dogs and pups.
