Patricia L. Lautzenheiser, age 97, of Louisville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday May 25, 2025 at Woodlawn Compassionate Care. She was born March 12, 1928 in Louisville, Ohio to the late Albert and Ruth (Geis) Schwab. Pat was a member of Robertsville Grange and Christ Church of Louisville. She worked for Louisville City Schools, The Louisville Herald, Stier-Israel Funeral Home, Mott's Greenhouse, and Arrowhead Orchard. She was a devoted farmer's wife.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Norvin Lautzenheiser, her sister and brother-in-law Jeannette and Harry Brown, her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jim Soenksen, and grandson Joshua Strohl.
Pat is survived by her son Bruce (Sue) Lautzenheiser, her daughter Jill (Larry) Strohl, six grandchildren Matthew (Andrea) Lautzenheiser, Mindy (Rich) Collier, Nathan (Amanda) Lautzenheiser, Jennifer (Randy) Englert, Scott Soenksen, Gabriel (Steph) Strohl, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, and her precious cat, Jingles.
Funeral Services will be 11AM Thursday, May 29 at Christ Church of Louisville with Pastor Mike Grant officiating. Calling hours will be 10-11am Thursday morning at the church. Grange services will be at 9:30AM at the church. Patricia will be laid to rest, beside her husband, in Union Cemetery in Louisville. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to Christ Church of Louisville, 600 E Gorgas St, Louisville, Ohio 44641.
