Patricia Lee Clark Barbee

Patricia Lee Clark Barbee, 66, of Shreveport, LA, died on August 13, 2024. "Tricia" Barbee, daughter of James Oliver Clark and Yvonne Specht Clark, both deceased, passed away peacefully at The Green House Cottages of Homewood in Mena, Arkansas after a long illness. She is survived by her two sisters, Judy Moore and Stephanie Parks, brother, Michael Clark and his wife Debra, and her beloved nieces and nephews, Allison Clark, Rachael Thom and husband Michael, Michael Parks, Jr. and wife Maja, and James Clark and wife Bree. Tricia graduated from Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport and was an accounting manager for a large hospital corporation in Shreveport, Richmond, VA, and Chicago, Il and later, SPORTAN in Shreveport. She loved her dogs and cats, nursed wildlife back to health and had the greenest of thumbs. She enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a talented craftswoman in many arts. Tricia had a lively sense of humor and a loving spirit, always eager to help anyone in need. She will be missed. Her family thanks the excellent and caring staffs at the Cottages and Davita Mena Dialysis Clinic for easing her last months. Graveside services for Mrs. Patricia Lee Clark Barbee will be held, Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Cherry Hill Cemetery. Brother Donnie Jewell will be officiating under the direction of Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
