Patricia (Egan) LiPuma, 84, of Connecticut, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in New Haven on August 17, 1941, Pat was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Egan. She married her high school sweetheart, Joseph LiPuma, and together they shared an extraordinary 64 years of marriage, filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion.

Pat is survived by her beloved children: Laura Johnson of Woodstock, Vermont; Joseph LiPuma and his wife Dea of North Branford; and Melissa Yetso of Clinton. She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Abbey, Raichle, Jack, Maxx, Mya, and Brinley, all of whom brought endless joy, pride, and meaning to her life. She is also survived by her brother Brian Egan of Wallingford and sister Ellen Egan of New Haven, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

She was predeceased by her sisters Betsy Mazzacane, Arlene Kneiss, and Paula Egan, and her brothers Mike and Paul Egan.

After raising her children, Pat built a highly successful career as a real estate agent along the Connecticut shoreline, earning numerous awards and accolades for her professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for her clients. She was known not just for her success in business, but for the warmth and kindness she brought to every interaction.

Above all else, Pat's greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. She poured her heart into her family, creating a home filled with love, laughter, and tradition. She was her children's biggest supporter-always ready with encouragement, advice, or a comforting hug. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them-whether celebrating milestones, sharing stories, or simply enjoying their company. Pat especially loved hosting picnics and holidays at her home, where family and friends gathered to laugh, share meals, and create lasting memories. Her home was the heart of countless celebrations, filled with joy and the warmth of her presence.

Pat loved traveling with Joe and their family, especially to Ireland, where she celebrated her proud Irish heritage, and to favorite destinations such as Block Island, Vermont, and Antigua. She loved the ocean, summertime, and the simple pleasures of being surrounded by those she loved most.

Known for her loving heart, radiant smile, and wonderful sense of humor, Pat had a gift for making people laugh and bringing happiness to those around her. Her quick wit and joyful personality made every gathering brighter. She lived her life with compassion, optimism, and grace, and her laughter will echo forever in the hearts of her family and friends.

The LiPuma family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Rachelle, Carla, Kristin, Norma, Yolanda, Brit, Shay, and Jay for their devotion, compassion, and loving care during the final months of Pat's life. Their kindness brought comfort and peace to both Pat and her family.

Pat's legacy of love, laughter, and family devotion will live on forever in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at Keenan Funeral Home in North Branford on Tuesday, November 11th from 4PM - 7PM. Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th at 10AM at St. Augustine Church in North Branford. Burial to follow at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven.
