passed away at home on January 14th, 2025.
Born February 1st, 1943, in Minnesota to
Edward and Marie Pokorny, Pat grew up in
Roseville with her parents and older
brother, Ronald. She was a devoted daughter caring
for her mother until her death in 2009, and a loving
wife of over 55 years to Michael "Mike". Pat was also a
dedicated mom to Scott and Missy, a career woman with
over 29 years at the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston
where she helped establish Epiphany of the Lord Church and
St Edith Stein Catholic Church, both located in
Katy, Tx. Pat cherished being Nana to her
granddaughter, Addison. She adored her cats, Sofi and
Meow Meow.
Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Pat is survived
by her husband, Michael, children Scott (Karen), Milissa
(Alex) and granddaughter Addison. Pat will be greatly
missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace
PitPat.
