Patricia Ann (Kobs) Mason, 77, of Moberly, died November 25th at Ravenwood Terrace Assisted Living, following a battle with cancer.
Pat was born November 16th, 1947 in Burlington, IA to Edward and Grace (May) Kobs. Her family moved to Moberly where she attended St. Pius X School and graduated from Moberly Jr. College - Lower Division in 1965.
Pat worked for over 30 years in the day care field; retiring from Community Day Care in 2015. She is still known by many as “Miss Pat”. Pat was an avid follower of Royals Baseball and Mizzou Men's Basketball. She also deeply enjoyed watching her grandchildren play their sports.
She has been reunited with her parents, sister Kathy Cross, brother-in-law Rodney Cross, and brother Mark Kobs, who preceded her in death.
Pat is survived by her three children; Chuck Mason of Kingwood, TX, Traci (Brent) Harlan of Huntsville, and Jodi (Franklyn) Taylor of Boonville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; Luke (Amanda) Mason, Jordan (Jamie) Saah, Kassidy (Taylor) Foster, Camryn Harlan, Lauren Harlan, Kali Mason, Gracyn Taylor, and Adrian Taylor; as well as one great grandson, Sawyer Mason.
A visitation will be held at Pathway-Millard Funeral Home on Monday, December 2nd, from 4pm to 6pm. She is being cremated upon her request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Croix Hospice or The Missouri ICAN Foundation.
