Patricia Ruth Milbee, 87, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in a local care center.

Mrs. Milbee was born on April 2, 1938, in Jacksonville, Florida and was daughter of the late Lester W. Taylor, Sr. and Lois Fanny Brown Taylor. She with her late husband, Paul G. Milbee, served in ministry for many years at Faith Christian Fellowship in New Haven, Connecticut before retiring and moving closer to family in Florida. She enjoyed art and sewing but most of all reading her Bible and sharing about her Jesus.

Along with her parents and second husband, Mrs. Milbee was also preceded in death by her first husband, Sidney R. Smith, Sr.; a daughter: Trina L. Smith; brother Lester W. Taylor, Jr. and a sister: Bernice Martel. She is survived by her sister, Faye Taylor Freeman, 6 children: H. Joanne Smith, Melony F. Vermillion, Sidney R. Smith, Jr. (Susan), Rhonda L. Johns (Kevin), Jennifer R. Thomas (Joshua) and David J. Milbee, 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Living Faith Church, 6731 Ramona Blvd., 32205, with Pastor Wayne A. Young officiating.

Burial will be at a later time in Riverside Memorial Park.
