Patricia "Pattie" Lynn Morrow, age 63, of Marion, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 8:40 p.m. at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on March 2, 1962, in Marion, Illinois, to Russell Lee and Clara Marie (Wilkins) Dillingham. From the very beginning, she carried a heart full of compassion, a gift she would spend her entire life sharing with others. On October 14, 2006, she married the love of her life, Tina Morrow, or "Hunny" as Pattie called her, in Carbondale, Illinois and together they have shared nineteen years of marriage. Pattie dedicated her life to helping people. She worked for many years in the medical field as a nursing assistant, where her care brought comfort to countless patients. In recent years, she served as the activities director for Neuro Restorative, a role she embraced wholeheartedly, using her creativity, empathy, and boundless energy to brighten the days of those around her. Pattie was a member of Zion United Church of Christ of Marion. She had a great love for music of all kinds, often filling her home with melodies that matched her vibrant soul. She enjoyed crafting and cooking, pouring her creativity into each project and infusing every meal with love. Family was the center of her world. They were her joy, her purpose, her everything. She will be remembered for her limitless kindness, her zesty spirit, and her capacity to love with everything she had. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the family she adored, and the countless acts of compassion that defined her beautiful life. She is survived by her beloved spouse, Tina, of Marion; four children, Felicia (Deitrik) Davis of Collinsville, IL, Travis (Jodie) Taylor of Marion, Chasitie (David) Spencer of Carterville, IL, and Kaybree Morrow of Tampa, FL; sixteen grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; her sisters, Sheila, Regina, and Peggy; her brothers, Russ, David, and Billy; her sister-niece Tammy; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and countless friends who cherished her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Dillingham and Clara "Marie" Clark; her brother, Russell Lee Dillingham; and her beloved beagle, Garth, who surely greeted her with a wagging tail. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home, 900 North Court Street, Marion, IL. The visitation will be held at Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. Until 1:00 p.m. Following the time of visitation, the funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor John Holst presiding. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion at a later date. For those who prefer, memorial contributions may be directed to "Amyloidosis Foundation." Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or may be mailed c/o Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home, 900 North Court Street, Marion, IL 62959.
