Patricia J. "Pat" (Koval) Oplinger, 80, passed away peacefully at her son's residence while being surrounded by her loving family.

She was a daughter of Eleanor (Quinter) and John Koval.

Pat was a member of St. Aloysius Church in Pottstown. She lived a life of simplicity, finding joy in the little things and cherishing moments with her family. She enjoyed traveling, reading books, and watching movies. She loved decorating for the holidays, especially Halloween where she would turn her home into a haunted house for her grandchildren. She liked to garden and care for her plants and especially loved the warm weather. You could not sit with Pat and have a conversation without laughing. She loved to be goofy (also, he was her favorite Disney character) and joke around with her family on a daily basis. Pat was loved by everyone that met her. Her sons and their friends would call her "Mama Bird," and all the grandkids would call her "Silver Fox." Her laughter and jokes as well as her presence will be deeply missed.

Patricia leaves behind her memories to be cherished by her children Jay Oplinger Jr., Kenny Oplinger, siblings David Koval, Michael Koval, Maryann Adams, grandchildren: Christina, Brittany, Morgan, Nicole, Kody, Brian, Hayden, Natasha, Nathan, Greyson, Cole, Trey, great grandchildren: Michael, Myla, Denise, Brinley, Aria, Kai, Keadyn, Lennox, Dom, Asher, Everly and one great grandchild on the way, Dawson.

Patricia is predeceased by a son Brian Oplinger, siblings John Koval and Eleanor Swavely.
