Patricia Osborne, 89, of Richmond, Kentucky formerly of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Friday, September 26,2025 at Kenwood Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, Kentucky. She was born on February 17, 1936 in Lake County, Ohio to the late Roland and Betty Lee Gau.

Patricia was a graduate of Willoughby Union High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Eugene "Gene" T Osborne and her brother William Gau.

Patricia is survived by her son Bill (Loretta) Osborne of Leroy, OH, and her daughter, Lisa (Gregory) Obrzut of Richmond, KY, Grandchildren include Amanda (Tim) Chiki of Richmond, KY, Britt (Eric) Brown of Sylvania, OH, Jessica Osborne of Geneva, OH, Chelsea (Mel) Obrzut of Wylie, Texas, Nick (fiance Kayla) Osborne of Leroy, OH and Nicole Osborne of Lakewood, OH. Great Grandchildren include: Daniel and Isaiah Chiki of Richmond, KY, Auden and Booker Brown of Sylvania, OH Skye and Hailey Berg-Obrzut of Wylie, TX, and Quinn and Teagan Osborne of Leroy, OH. Patricia is survived by her brothers, Roland Gau of Geneva, OH and Robert Gau of Willoughby, OH. Patricia also had numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am with Rev. Tom Detling officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at the Eastern Cemetery in Summerfield, OH.
