Patricia is survived by her husband of 42 years, Patrick Rader; two sons, Brian Rader, Christopher Rader; daughter, Karen Rader; granddaughter, Ava Lindborg; grandson, Alex Lindborg; her father, Edward Clemens; three brothers, Paul (Suzanne) Clemens, David Clemens, Peter Clemens; and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Natalie Clemens; and sister, Karen Clemens.
Patricia was a generous caretaker of her family who she loved very much. She was attentive and helpful to her parents, her children and grandchildren. Patricia spent a lot of time caring for her son Chris and attending to his special needs. She loved spending time outdoors and loved to garden. She was fond of giraffes and loved chocolate. Patricia enjoyed warm weather and spending time in the sun. She made sure everyone else was taken care of before herself, and her family will love and remember her always.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 10:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 638 N Calumet Rd., Chesterton, IN 46304. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm with Rosary Service at 6:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304.
