Patricia Carey Raper, 61 of Lucama passed away Saturday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Wayne Whitley will officiate.
The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Patricia is survived by her life companion, Jeff Raper; daughter, Misty Lamm and husband, Linwood and their children, Hannah and Reece; son, Mitch Shearin and wife, Meghan, and their children, Tommy, Morgan, Zachery and wife, Bekah, Kynslee, and great grandchild, Eloise; daughter, Sabrina Allen and husband, Dustin and their children, Makinna and Ethan, and her siblings, Wanda Davis, Keith Carey, and Denise Tedder.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ernestine Carey, and her sisters, Cathy Brinkley, Linda Tamez, and Tammy Batten.
