Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 5:00PM to 6:30PM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W.WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN NJ 08009. Memorial Service 6:30PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pat's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude’s Pl., Memphis TN 38105.
