John William Fletcher Sr.

John William Fletcher, Sr., age 81, of West Berlin, NJ, passed away on August 28th, 2025.

An avid stamp and coin collector and a true history buff, John found joy in preserving stories of the past. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and had a natural talent for fixing and tinkering as a "grease monkey". He dedicated many years of his career to Lincoln Tech, where he made lasting friendships and left an impact on countless students before retiring. In his younger years, he worked as a manager at the Westmont movie theater and also spent time working at Green Valley Farms as a milkman. Above all, John was devoted to his family and friends, always ready with a story, a laugh, or a helping hand.

Beloved husband of Ann Fletcher (nee Fitzpatrick). Devoted father of Josephine Clayton (Wade), John Fletcher, Jr. (Linda) and Matthew Fletcher (Sue). Loving grandfather of Samantha (David), Kyle (Johnna), Rebecca (Johnathan), Shane, Valerie, Tyler (Alyssa), Matthew Jr. (Katrina), Cody (Shannon) and Jack (Tomi). Dear great-grandfather of Gavin, Nicholas, Rylee, Nora, Lydia, Dalton, Peter, Wyatt, Ava, Sophia, Julia, Carter, Mahkyi, Jayden, Raven, Matthew III and Hailey.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, September 5th, from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ, 08009. Funeral Service 5:30 PM. Interment will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
