Patricia A. Schussler

Saugerties - Patricia (Patty) A. Schussler, 69, of Saugerties died Friday, January 2, 2026 at Health Alliance Hospital in Kingston. She was born in Astoria, NY on November 2, 1956, a daughter of the late Rodney and Gertrude Ankrom and sister of the late Janet Lenyszyn. Patty worked many years as a bank teller in Kingston, where she met her late husband John F. Schussler. She is survived by her two sons, John W. Schussler and his wife Brittany, David Schussler and his wife Dara, her brother Michael Ankrom and his wife Sue, and her sister Susan Smith and her husband Jim. Patty is also survived by 4 grandchildren whom she adored, John and Brittany's daughters Morgan and Madison, and Dave and Dara's sons Brent and Logan, and several nieces and nephews. Her family and friends will always remember her generous spirit. The funeral service will be held privately and interment will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Rosendale. There are no calling hours.
