Patricia Ann "Pat" Taylor, age 75 of Camden, TN passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Pat was born in Huntingdon, TN to the late Mr. & Mrs. Bernie Everett Taylor of Huntingdon, TN. She was also preceded in death by her children's father, Orson Cook Jr., three children, Jeffrey Allen Milligan, Elonda Katherine Pinson, David Albert Cook, two grandchildren Zachary Allan Cook, Austin Blake Holland and three brothers, Thomas "Tommy" Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Kenneth Taylor and a unborn grandchild.
Pat attended Huntingdon High School and later studied at NWAJC. She was a woman of Faith and had many conversations with the Lord. Pat was adventurous and enjoyed historic landmarks. She liked finding antiques, was interested in history, and genealogy. She was a selfless woman and often helped others who were in need, whether it was a roof over their head, something to eat or with some finances. She had lived in Chicago, Il and in Alabama where she worked as a school bus driver. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
Pat is survived by three children, James Anthony "Tony" Taylor of Camden, TN, Barbara Annette (Ricky) Kimbrell of Tupelo, MS, Everett Orson (Larissa) Cook of Camden, TN; five grandchildren, Niki (Scott) Vandiver, Katie Kimbrell (Jack Redus), PFC Wesley Cook, Kyle Cook, Eric Pinson; three great grandchildren, Trinity Vandiver, Lucus Cook, and Adriana Cook. She also leaves a sister, Margie (David) Gibson of Huntingdon and many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 1:00-3:00 pm at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 3 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Ricky Kimbrell officiating. Burial will follow in Manley's Chapel Cemetery in Sugar Tree, TN for family only. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Patricia, please visit our Tree Store.
