Patricia Tomsick

Patricia "Pat" Tomsick, age 85, of Chardon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025. Born on December 2, 1939, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of the late Walter and Celia Wysocki. Pat is survived by her devoted children, James (Diane) Tomsick, Cindy (Bill) Woodie and Sharon (Kevin Scott) Tomsick. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Jennifer (Matt) Greig, Nicole (Jeremy) Calhoun, Celia Woodie, and Evan Woodie, as well as her great-grandchildren, Amelia, Connor, William, and Hannah. Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, William R. Tomsick, and her siblings Tom Wysocki and Noreen Lang. In her younger years, Pat embraced life with a passion for golf. In her free time, she loved cheering on the Cleveland Indians baseball team. She enjoyed countless hours of laughter and camaraderie at the gym with her best friend Joann Dragas. Known for her zest for life, Pat's spirit shone bright as a talented ballerina, performing across various venues and later sharing her love for dance by teaching young students. A fantastic cook, she brought warmth and love to her family through her culinary creations. Friends and family are invited to gather on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at St. Mary's Church, located at 401 North St, Chardon, OH 44024. The gathering will begin at 9 AM, followed by a heartfelt Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Following the mass, Pat will be laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Pat can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110.
