Patricia Ann Tuthill

Patricia Ann Tuthill of Jackson, Michigan went home to be with her lord, exactly the same day she was born 83 years earlier. Pat's family and friends will gather Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 913 Napoleon Road, Michigan Center, Michigan. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am. Father Satheesh Alphonse, SdC will serve as celebrant. Burial at Roseland Memorial Gardens to follow.

She was born on November 4, 1942, in Jackson, Michigan to Vaughn and Anna (Maryanski) Hartley. Pat married the love of her life, the late William Tuthill, in January 1958. They had 32 blessed years together, until his passing. She will be remembered for her strong faith and her dedication to the church and her family. Pat was a graduate of Vandercook High School, a homemaker and proud wife and mother of 5, who mostly enjoyed her time with the family and doting over her grandchildren. She spent many years serving at our Lady of Fatima, her hometown church teaching ccd classes and Pious Union praying for people in need. Pat was the matriarch of the family; she kept everything together! But most of all she taught them and showed them the most spiritual core that could get them through the difficult times. Her list of people to pray the rosary for was as long as the rosary itself or more. God blessed her and her family. She will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pat is survived by her children, Jason (Trisha) Tuthill, Lori Abbott, Tracy Tuthill and DeAnn (Tom) Malcolm; a sister-in-law Joan Hartley; grandchildren Tuesday (Travis) Newman, Brandie (Justin) Green, Taylor (Nick) Smoes and Landon Tuthill; great grandchildren Blaike Newman, Hunter Green, Carson Green and Dawson Smoes; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vaughn and Anna; her husband, William; a son, Troy; three brothers; father-in-law and mother – in-law, Lawrence and Mildred Tuthill; a brother and sister -in-law; and son-in-law, Paul Abbott.
