Patricia A. Ujazdowski, 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, August 10, 2025. She was born on September 15, 1936, in Racine, the daughter of Clarence and Teresa (Kuderko) Nelson. Pat was a quiet and private woman, who enjoyed taking bus trips with friends to the casino, and thrift shopping. She liked reading, stickers, baking, and completing puzzles, crosswords, and sudoku. Pat will be remembered most for having a great sense of humor and being a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Patricia is survived by her 5 children: Jeff (Amy Basten), Andy (Jamie Schmitz), Rob (Julie), Jerelyn, and Kristen; 3 grandchildren: Chance Ujazdowski, Valerie (Brian) Baumgart, and Zachary Ujazdowski; 3 great grandchildren: Lacy, Darla, and Trenton Baumgart; siblings: Judie Kaplan, and Larry Nelson; other relatives and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; step-father: Herbert Quinn; former husband: Jim Ujazdowski; and a daughter: Julie Ujazdowski.
Funeral Mass for Pat will be held at 11:00 am, on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, N2385 Municipal Dr., Greenville. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the church from 9:00 am until the time of the Mass. Interment will take place in St. Mary Cemetery, Greenville.
