Patricia Wakeland Obituary
Patricia Luella “Pat” Wakeland, age 88, of Vicksburg, Michigan passed away on November 10, 2023, at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Patricia was born on July 24, 1935, in Battle Creek, Michigan to the late Myrtle Luella (Tenney) DeNooyer.
Mom was a life member of the VFW Aux. 5855 of Portage. She was an avid bowler, loved arts and crafts. She was a quilter and loved to bake and make candies. She owned her own store, Kitchen Krafts, and was famous for her wedding cakes.
Pat had three children, Tim Wakeland, who is passed, Chuck Wakeland, and Judy Wakeland Lozon and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 17, 2023, at Grace Harbor Church, 811 Gorham Lane, Kalamazoo, Michigan with Pastor Bill Ferguson officiating. Friends may gather from 9:00 am until the time of service.
