Patricia was born October 24, 1957, in Pikeville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Earl Fife, and Novella (Hamlin) Fife. She was united in marriage to Timothy A. Williams, who survives.
She is also survived by two sons, Richard Webb, and Cody (Shannon West) Webb; her stepdaughter, Felicia McGuire; two granddaughters, Izzabella Webb, and Renezmae Webb; her step-grandson, Jaxson McGuire; her sister, Verda (Dwight) Maynard, and her brother, Willis Fife.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Burl Fife, and an aunt, Verdie Compton.
Patricia was a homemaker, and attended Rubyville Community Baptist Church, Portsmouth, Ohio. She loved plants, fishing, and crafting.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Howe Wheeler Boyer Funeral Home, Piketon, Ohio with Pastor Jack Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Yankee Hill Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the funeral home in Piketon.
