Carla was born July 14, 1989, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of Carlos Eugene Scott and Reva Jean (Mays) Scott.
She is survived by two brothers, Carlos (Christina) Scott Jr., and David Smith; three sisters, Jessica (Jammie) Shepherd, Tara Scott, and Samantha Scott; nine nieces and nephews, Angela Blanton, Tyler Scott, Audrey Skaggs, Caleb Shepherd, Taylor Tipton, Danny Tipton, Carlos Scott, II, Tylor Scott, and Christopher Scott; special pets, Boy, Izzy, Horsey Ruby.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Josephine Mays, and paternal grandmother, Edith Scott.
Carla loved camping, shopping, baby dolls, coloring, music, fishing, and spending time swinging at the farm.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, at Howe Wheeler Boyer Funeral Home, Piketon, Ohio with Darrin Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Friday.
