Patricia Woodel Obituary
She was born on September 1, 1947, in Erie, a daughter to Richard and Lucille (Mello) Hime.
Patti was a 1965 graduate of Academy High School. She was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. Patti was always helping others with open arms and found pleasure in leading a simple life. She loved playing computer games, especially Candy Crush, going to garage sales, and putting puzzles together.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey; son, Jim Shiflett; brother, Dick; and nephew, Trevor.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Cote; eight grandchildren, Justin, Danny, Kayla, Lexi, Taylor, Jimmy, Eric, and Alex; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce and Linda (husband Steve); two brothers, Robert "Cork" (wife Karen) and Tom; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends are invited to a memorial service at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc. Downtown, 602 W 10th St. on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.

Aunt Patti, I will always remember your kind smile, the way you made anyone feel welcomed and maybe most of all the way you made those around you, not feel judged. Your soul will be missed, for now. I love you and will miss you, until we see each other again.
