Patrick J. Bovenzi

Canandaigua – Patrick J. Bovenzi, age 70, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, after a long illness. He is survived by two siblings, Angela Reynolds and Rocco (Jenny) Bovenzi; nephew, Jeromy (Rosa) Bovenzi; two nieces, Jill (David) Franke and Jada Bovenzi; great-nephews and great-nieces; uncle and aunt, Joe and Judy Marafioti; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his niece, Jennifer (Reynolds) Ellis-Knights, in 2014.
Pat was born in Canandaigua and was the son of Patrick J. and Rose (Marafioti) Bovenzi. He attended Canandaigua schools and was a graduate of Canandaigua Academy, class of 1973. Pat worked at Canandaigua National Bank for many years and later worked for Iron City Sash and Door Co. in Victor.
He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan who also enjoyed the NBA, college basketball, March Madness, golfing, rock music, going to concerts, dogs and spending time with family and friends.
Friends may call Friday, October 17, from 11am-1pm, at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. His memorial service will immediately follow the visitation at the funeral home. A graveside service will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Canandaigua.
