Born in Uniondale, NY, he was the son of the late John and Loretta Molloy Garland. He graduated from Uniondale High School.
Patrick had resided in Wyoming for many years.
Prior to his retirement he was employed by the Water Authority in NY.
Surviving is his wife of 22 years, the former, Eileen McGrory; stepdaughter, Jessica Doornbos and her husband, Dane, South Abington, PA; 3 grandchildren, Gavyn, Rowyn and Declyn; sister, Loretta and Eileen; brothers, John and Gregory; nieces and nephews.
Private services at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements entrusted to Hugh B. Hughes & Son, Inc., Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort.
