Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather
Patrick F. Gilbride, 68, of Ashburnham,MA sadly passed away on September 7th,2023 at Lowell General Hospital with his family by his side. For over 50 years he was the proud husband of his wife and best friend, Julie (Maguire) Gilbride. They had been together since the ages of 14 and 15. Anyone who was lucky enough to have known him knows he had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Patrick always had the mindset of "everything will be ok" even if it wasn't. His smile would brighten any room and always had a joke even in hard times. In his earlier years he loved boats which then turned into a love of horses. He spent most of his time on his farm if he wasn't working. He graduated from Nashoba Valley Technical High School where he learned Machining. Patrick went on to open his own machine shop, P&J Precision Machine. Patrick is survived by his wife Julie Gilbride, his 4 children; son Ryan and his wife Kelli Gilbride, daughter Kerry and her husband Geoffrey Whitman, son Patrick Jr. and his fiancee Tara O'Connor, daughter Erin and her husband William Schmidt; 8 grandchildren Ryan and Alexis Gilbride, Kylie and Connor Whitman, William, Julianna, Lily and John Schmidt. His sister Mary (Patricia) and her husband Richard Rowsell, his brother John and his wife Marylou Gilbride; his brother-in-law Martin Maguire and his sister-in-law Eileen and her husband Joseph Trainor. Patrick is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Patrick was the brother of the late Robert Gilbride, George Gilbride, and James Gilbride. You will sorely be missed (Mosquite)!!
Family and friends are invited to Patrick's FUNERAL SERVICE at NEW ENGLAND PENTACOSTAL CHURCH 955 BRIDGE ST. PELHAM, NH on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2023 at 10 AM. Patrick's burial will follow at ST. JOSEPH'S CEMETERY, CHELMSFORD. Patrick's complete obituary can be found online at www.faymccabe.com
