Patrick Jaco Obituary
Shane was born in Benton, Kentucky on August 30, 1959 to the late Weldon and Judy Jaco. He retired from the Marshall County Maintenance Department. Shane was a hard worker but above all, a loving and devoted husband to his sweetheart, Angie. Known for his big heart and easy laughter, he had a gift for making everyone around him smile. Shane enjoyed spending time on the mower, whether cutting the grass or circling the yard just to give his dog, Oliver, a ride. He was an avid Nascar and UK basketball fan. Shane attended Christian Fellowship church.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Angie Hollowell Jaco; brother, Jeff Jaco and wife, Lori of Benton, KY; twin sister, Valerie Bell and husband, Eddy of Hendersonville, TN.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Warren Jaco and niece, Casey Jaco Prescott.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Collier Funeral Home with Rev. David Parish officiating. Interment will follow at Benton Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Benton Cemetery Fund, c/o Roy Riley, 1338 Minnow Rd, Murray, KY 42071.
