Emma Jo Edwards, 84 of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Marshall Co. Hospital in Benton, Kentucky.
Born Saturday, May 10, 1941 in Kirksey, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Ruble Camp and the late Agnes Workman Stone. She has been a member of Hardin Baptist Church since 1959. She was very devoted to her family and loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly.
Surviving are sons; Russell Edwards (Gina) of Kernersville, NC, Robert Edwards of Benton, KY and Dennis Edwards of Conway, SC; sister, Mary Edna Vick of Hardin, KY; grandchildren, Courtney Taylor (Michael), Camille Tilley (Ryan); great grandchildren, Hudson Taylor, Graham Taylor and Laken Tilley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garth Edwards; her brothers, Ferd Camp, Lexell Camp and Ricky Stone, and sister, Sara Darnall.
A funeral service will be held at Collier Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 1:00 pm, with Bro. Ricky Cunningham officiating.
Burial to follow at Hardin Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 27, 2026 from 11:00 am until 1:00pm at Collier Funeral Home located at 211 West 5th Street Benton, KY 42025. 270-527-3141.

Jo, we will miss your beautiful face and infectious laugh and smile. You were on elegant, soft-spoken lady with such a kind demeanor. Helen adored you as did we. One thing is for sure, we could search the world over for a better neighbor/friend and never find one as precious as you Jo. You will be greatly missed this side of heaven. You were as beautiful as any of the flowers you grew here Jo. We will always love you.
