Patrick Michael Larkin

Patrick Michael Larkin, age 59, of Naperville, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 10, 2025. Born on August 6, 1965, in Ottumwa, Iowa, Pat was the beloved son of Patrick T. and Geraldine (née Kosman) Larkin.
A devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend, Pat is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Larkin (née Spangler); his cherished children, Lauryn Larkin, Sean Larkin, and Grant Larkin; and his mother, Geraldine Larkin. He also leaves behind his brothers, Thomas (Rose) Larkin and Christopher (Teresa) Larkin; father and mother-in-law, Dwight and Marilyn Spangler; sisters-in-law, Kim (Brian) Mohr and Angie (Brian Lantis) Spangler; as well as many adored nieces and nephews, including Ben (Kayla) Larkin, Katie (Dalton) Kraber, Gabe Larkin, Craig (Anna) Larkin, Andrew (Nicole) Larkin, Meredith Mohr, Kassidy McKevitt, and Lila McKevitt. Pat was preceded in death by his father, Patrick T. Larkin.
Pat, a proud graduate of the University of Iowa will be remembered for faith, kindness, integrity and unwavering dedication to his family and friends. His endeavors as a coach of youth sports, volunteer work at Holy Spirit Catholic Community, and loyalty to the ones he loved always shined through. He will be remembered for his sports and wine knowledge, his devotion to God, and his superb work ethic.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville, Illinois. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Community, 2003 Hassert Blvd., Naperville, Illinois. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Pat's name may be made to Holy Spirit Catholic Community, Western DuPage Special Recreation Association or The Skin Cancer Foundation.
