Patrick James Lorang

Lorang, Patrick James- Age 43, of Fenton, died Monday, December 29, 2003 at University Hospitals, Ann Arbor.  Funeral mass will be celebrated 1 PM Friday, January 2, 2004 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial in St. John Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road from 1-4 and 6-9 PM Wednesday and Thursday and at the church from 12 Noon until time of service Friday. A vigil service will be held 8PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John G.I.F.T. campaign or the Patrick James Lorang Memorial Fund.  Patrick was born August 30, 1960 in Flint the son of James M. and Rita L. (Horstman) Lorang and had resided in the Fenton area his entire life. He was a 1979 graduate of Lake Fenton High School and had attended U of M, Flint. He owned and operated Lorang Landscaping and Seawalls and was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: parents, James and Rita Lorang of Fenton; 2 brothers, James V. Lorang of Chicago, IL and Matthew C. Lorang of Linden; sister, Rita Anna and husband Alex Valentine of Colorado Springs, CO; niece and nephew, Nicholas and Natalia.
