A loving mother to John (and his wife Julie Lorang) and the late Jeffrey Lorang, she was a devoted grandmother to Shawn Congdon (wife Kim), Jessi Lorang (partner Rob Carlson), Mike Lorang (wife Tori), and Breanna Taylor (husband Evan Taylor), and a cherished great-grandmother to Kylie, Chase, Marissa, Aidan, Luci and Genna. Family fishing trips to Canada held a special place in her heart. She learned tennis as an adult and thrived at the local club. Throughout her life continued to watch weekly tournaments on TV.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ron, her sister Olene and her son Jeffrey. Jodeen will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Jodeen's life on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 27 S. Edgelawn Drive, Aurora, IL 60506. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the memorial service at 11:00 AM.

Jodeen was a beautiful person. I remember her from junior high the present day. Thankful to have so many joyful memories.-she was a true gem with a contagious, laugh, and so much love to give to her family and friends. She will be missed but lives in our hearts . The picture is a high school graduation party -the seven of us celebrated together as we celebrated four years of high school together
