My memories of Patrick will always be warm and touching. I met him at Equinox in the mid 1990s and felt an instant affinity for him. What stood out most about him was not the fantastic and almost obsessive work ethic which served as an example to so many, but his huge heart, empathetic soul and ability to engage anyone - a trait which came naturally to him, as did his fantastic sense of humor. Patrick and I saw each other for the last time in 2018. I will cherish that last meeting always. My deepest sympathies go out to all his family and friends who I know cherished him equally. Journey on my dear friend.
