Patrick was born in California on June 7, 1973 to Phoebe Melbourne and Patrick “Boy Boy” Mckay. Patrick took his journey home on July 13, 2025. Patrick loved to listen to his heavy metal music, you’d see him always jamming to his music. There was never a dull moment with Patrick, he was high spirited and loved a sense of adventure. Patrick always loved his walks and visited with all who crossed in his path. Patrick also loved hanging out with Family and friends. You would always see Patrick outside of Frostees sweeping and making sure the parking lot was clean for the community. Patrick spent most of his life in Brockton before he moved to Poplar. Patrick attended school in Wahpeton and Flandreau along with his sister Theresa Mckay.
Patrick survived by his daughter Melody Bear of Brockton, Sons Walter Loves Him of Oklahoma, Nikolas, Cameron and Connor Ogle of Poplar. His brothers John (Angella) Walking Eagle of Billings Mt, and Larry Hamilton of Poplar Mt. Patick had numerous nieces, nephew and Cousins. Patrick loved each and every one of you.
